I am a Board Director and explorationist with over a decade of board-level experience, in addition to having held numerous managerial, business development, commercial roles and directorships in Australia, India, PNG, China, Laos and Mongolia and extensive technical experience across iron ore, copper-gold, lead-zinc, bauxite, uranium, coal and industrial minerals exploration sectors. In an executive capacity, I was most recently GM Asia Pacific at Rio Tinto Exploration and have held GM Commercial Australasia, Business Development and Commercial Manager Australia roles, where I consistently and safely delivered exploration multi-million budget programmes. I was also a member of RTX management team that discovered the globally awarded Winu Cu-Au deposit (WA).Having a strong business acumen, completing negotiations for +100 Board-approved deals with individuals, listed companies, multi-national companies to State-owned entities and completing divestitures, at board level, what I do is drive growth. Board level highlights include: Director of Rio Tinto Exploration and other subsidiary companies in China, India and PNG. Finally, I have a Bachelor of Sciences (First Class Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
