Magic Minutes is a software company which has developed an online Meeting Management software product.It allows you to prepare for a meeting, request meeting papers, prepare a report pack, take the minutes, automatically send minutes and actions out by email and manage action progress between meetings - all online.It has been designed for anyone who runs meetings. There is a free version for attendees to use, as well as a paid version (£12 per month) which allows meeting organisers to set up, prepare, run and follow up after meetings.Version 1.0 was launched in June 2016, having been developed by Wellmeadow Limited using their experience of chairing around 250 board meetings per year as part of their consulting work. All the best disciplines and working methods have been built in to the software so anyone can use it.Version 2.0, with a much improved User Interface and simpler workflow was launched in Sep 2017.Version 3.0 came out in 2018 with a slicker user experience and easier minute taking.Version 4.0 was released in March 2020. Loads of new features that have been 9 months in planning including more detailed set up of agenda items, dashboard with many filters and a less cluttered display. The Freemium product was replaced with a Fully-Featured 30-Day Free Trial version. As virtual meetings are now commonplace, the idea of online minute taking is starting to take hold.
