GA-ASI Global Training and Sustainment consists of three business units; Global Training Services, Training Systems and Sustainment. Global Training services offers our customers a virtually unlimited number of aircrew and maintenance training solutions, tailored to their specific needs. Common offerings include; Initial Crew Qualification Training, Crew currency training, aircraft and ground control technician training both at GA-ASI's test and training facilities and/or at customer operating locations as desired. Training systems is on the forefront of aircraft simulator design, offering MQ-9A, MQ-9B and virtual/augmented reality maintenance training across a broad domestic and international customer base. Our Sustainment division, called SkyGuardian Global Support Solution SGSS), offers comprehensive sustainment packages for the MQ-9B leveraging a shared-cost construct across the community of users. Product Sustainment activities are conducted for the entire community once, with costs shared by all. SGSS also offers a spares service to our customer leveraging a shared pool of resources across all users, completely eliminating the need for customer to invest in spares buys for the common system and substantially reducing acquisition costs. This strategy opens the product line to smaller customers who might not have otherwise had the funding to pursue these systems while benefiting larger customers through expansion of the shared-cost customer base.

Establishes aircraft maintenance policy for 1,139 Mobility Air Forces aircraft across 19 different airframe types at 58 locations worldwide. Responsible for policies, procedures, personnel management, analysis and training for 21,000 Mobility Air Forces personnel. Ensures Quality Assurance and discipline across 10 main operating bases through execution of Air Force Inspection System evaluations. Oversees command aircraft engine assets valued at $16.8 billion and establishes management policy for 25,000+ pieces of support equipment valued in excess of $500 million.

15 Wg's senior maintenance and logistics leader in Pacific Air Forces' strategically critical air mobility and fighter installation. Directed on and off aircraft maintenance and sortie production in support of PACAF's largest C-17 flying hour program. Led and managed 645 employees (union, non-union and contracted), and 24 facilities. Ensured superior aircraft maintenance, ground handling and transient aircraft support. Directed supply chain and production for 43 aircraft (9 C-17s, 20 F-22s, 12 KC-135s, C-37 and C-40).

Established maintenance policy on 21 diverse weapon systems, 1,238 Mobility Air Forces aircraft at 92 locations worldwide. Directed maintenance programs on C-5, C-17, C-130, KC-135, KC-10, C-12, C-20, C-21, VC-25, C-32, C-37 & C-40 aircraft. Oversaw Air Mobility Command propulsion assets worth $16.8 billion and established policy for 25,000 pieces of support equipment valued at $500 million. Directed maintenance safety, aircraft modifications, sustaining engineering, product improvement and fuel efficiency programs.

De facto Installation Commander responsible for all base operating support, logistics, operations, security and mission execution for a joint military and contract work force of over 850 personnel operating within the high-threat, geographically isolated and austere Sunni Triangle of Iraq. Senior US Military advisor and Department of State representative to Tikrit AB Iraqi General Officers executing all Iraqi Air Force pilot training programs. Directed $291 million in Iraqi Air Force Foreign Military Sales/ Security Assistance cases including C-172, C-208, T-6 maintenance and pilot training.

Responsible for an industrial complex with 1,500 employees (union, non-union, contracted), 119 facilities and an annual operating budget of $523 million. Ensured superior aircraft maintenance, ground handling and air cargo/passenger operations. Responsible for executing AMC's no-fail nuclear weapons airlift mission. Directed supply chain and production for 51 C-17s valued at $10.3 billion.

Led three distinct squadrons over this period including the 450-person 305th Maintenance Squadron, 400 person 605th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron operating 32 KC-10s and the forward deployed 150-person Expeditionary Aircraft Maintenance Squadron operating 12 C-130 aircraft in support of combat and support operations in Iraq, Afghanistan and Horn of Africa. Responsible for operations and conduct/performance of all assigned personnel across a wide variety of maintenance and logistics functions including metal fabrication, corrosion prevention/paint activities, non destructive inspection, hydraulic, electrical, environmental systems, Aerospace Ground Equipment, Munitions, PMEL,Fuel Cell (fuel leak repair), and major aircraft inspections activities in support of 13 C-17s and 32 KC-10 aircraft. AMXS mission set involves aircraft sortie production, servicing, launch, recovery, pre/post flight inspections and on-aircraft repair of all systems.

Led 180 military, civilian and contract personnel in AMC's largest Maintenance Operations Squadron. Directed sortie production analysis, aircraft and maintenance scheduling and QA support. Managed long term group strategic plans and programs including facility and environmental programs and mobility support operations. Operated group control center C2 node and oversaw AMC's only T-56 turboprop engine & propeller tear down and repair facility.

Directed daily logistics support of 640 C-130 aircraft and coordinated all modernization efforts. Oversaw all logistics requirements for depot program, established policy and analyzed effectiveness of maintenance processes while coordinating with HQ USAF, System Program Office and Lockheed. Key US representative to C-130J International Joint Users' Group, partnering with 5 nations and sister US services to advance aircraft capabilities and sustainment.

Led logistics suitability test analysis of 18-person Electronic Warfare (EW) Directorate. Evaluated F-15, F-16, A-10, C-17 and C-130 EW systems totaling $6 billion worth of joint/multi-service acquisition programs. Test Director for $46 million Common Aircraft Portable Reprogramming Equipment (CAPRE), $26 million Comet Infrared Countermeasures Pod and $445 million ALR-69 Radar Warning Receiver programs. Led suitability test support for $5 million T-6A Ground Based Training System.
