My focus was on impact, outcomes, and culture.My team 1) recruited high-ability students, 2) provided impactful academic & career advising, 3) connected students to employers, and 4) increased philanthropic support. Together, we increased enrollment of first-time freshmen into the HSB by 292%; led fundraising of over $125M, including over $50M for two new buildings, increased philanthropy by 217%, with a 502% increase in scholarship giving; created award-winning marketing campaigns, and greatly enhanced student outcomes.I also led the Huntsman Scholar Program, an award-winning undergraduate business honors program comprised of 400 students focused on ethical leadership, analytical rigor, global vision, and entrepreneurial spirit.
