I combine my expertise and project and program management abilities to add value to my clients’ operations at every step.I have worked throughout the US in a variety of capacities in the public and private sector, and bring this experience to planning, permitting, and successfully executing renewable energy, traditional energy, private commercial development, transportation and infrastructure, and military projects. I am involved in all environmental aspects of wind and solar project development, including managing construction compliance at some of the largest projects built to date.My specialties include Project and Program Management, NEPA, and CEQA; renewable energy projects, linear projects, Environmental Impact Assessments, biological surveys and Mitigation Monitoring Programs, endangered species surveys and mitigation or management plans, and agency consultations; CEQA, NEPA, Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act, Endangered Species Act, and the Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
