RWD Technologies were a consulting company that enabled and drove successful business transformations and front-line effectiveness for Fortune 500 companies.My job was to manage numerous projects around Europe, with a team of 15 reporters. I always made sure I supported and guided my team appropriately and dealt with all matters. I also had to ensure that all project deliverables and financials were well within both project scope and budget.
