My name is Davit, and if I had to describe myself in one sentence, it wouldn't be a statement but a question:“A master of one thing or a jack of all trades—who leads a more successful life?”You may wonder why. Here's a snapshot of my experience:CRM Marketing: Engaging with internal user groups to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving improved ROI.Quality Control Lead: Analyzing data to accurately reflect user feedback and interactions, while establishing and improving multiple CSAT metrics, KPIs, and various testing methodologies.Education: Studied 1 year of BBA, earned a BA in Economics, and an MBA with highest honors.Technical Skills: Studied object-oriented programming and realized my educational background needed to evolve with industry demands, so I studied SQL for data analytics.Internship: Completed one of the most challenging internships in the Big 5 (I know, technically it’s the Big 4, but I need to brag a little—Grant Thornton is still the 5th largest!). This led to my role in QA automation for operations and support.Global Experience: Worked with users from markets across the globe, including LATAM, APAC, EMEA, and NA.and with this diverse skill set and global experience, I’m ready to take on new challenges and drive impactful results in any industry I go to.
