I am a currently a director of Dynamic Rides, a cycle shop and cafe based near Solihull. I was a partner in EY Transaction Advisory Services based in London and advised on over 400 transactions globally to a selection of multinational companies and PE houses. Between 2005 and 2011 I was Global and then EMEIA Leader in Transaction Advisory Services and in these roles I was a member of EY's Global and EMEIA Executive Boards. My role prior to retirement was to coordinate EY activity across all our services with some major transacting clients - Unilever , Permira , Apollo, Hg and Actis. During my varied time with EY I have lived and worked in many countries and have a strong knowledge of global business and cultures combined with an effective network across EY. I really enjoy working in Emerging Markets and have spent time in many countries across Asia, Africa, Middle East and CIS and supported the build of EY Emerging Markets centre.
