As a CSM, I am laser focused on making sure customers realize success and the value of the products and services they buy. This takes the form of pretty much anything a project needs, from creative solution architecture, product selection, implementation, through technical support and services. I lead the engineering team developing the next gen data and analytics platform to provide operational and cognitive support to a growing set of industries which currently includes aviation, power infrastructure, energy trading, IoT and ground transportation. Our systems are on tight uptime SLAs and we have built cloud-native resilient systems using advanced monitoring, alerting, failover and cost-efficient redundancy.Additionally I work with teams across the Company as a leadership/communication/management mentor and facilitator, following my passion to help people learn and grow personally and professionally. Developed and delivered competitive analysis lectures at customer events and industry conferences and deployed client solutions focusing on the multiple facets of data center, business process and workflow design. Virtualization Subject Matter Expert including Cloud Computing, Green Data Centers and SaaS, PaaS and IaaS. Developed security models in virtualized environments. Lead "intrapreneur", guiding team and developing story and business case, obtaining funding from CHQ for new product line. Followed this as designer and lead technologist for the IBM Voice Systems enterprise offerings.
