These products help manage color in computer displays, printers, DSLR cameras, projectors, home theater systems and even the iPad.

Responsible for electronic solutions in personal organization and time management. Developed a web-based family calendar to help families stay connected on-the-go.

Led a cross-functional team in all phases of managing electronic dictionaries, language translators and children's products. Responsible for all product development and P&L. Launched a new color screen platform in the children's language learning line. Provided sales support for multiple channels of distribution including Mass, CE, Office, F&D and Specialty. Managed packaging design and direction for entire line. Planned and executed a market research study in schools to survey children for a new product line.

Developed new products under license from NASCAR. Managed a staff of three with full P&L responsibility. Collaborated with vendors from Asia to create new lines of UHF scanner radios, universal remote controls and radio-controlled cars for multi-channel distribution. Negotiated licensing agreements with NASCAR and numerous driver teams. Directed brand management. Designed marketing programs, point-of-sale displays and sell sheets to support sales.

Managed multiple product lines generating $52M in sales for audio/video accessory business. Products included wireless audio, batteries, recordable media and storage. Salvaged a stagnant media line with product repositioning to increase sales 32%. Negotiated directly with Asian sources for product pricing and features.

Directed a full line of RCA and GE audio/video accessories for the consumer electronics market. Managed multiple product lines generating over $40M in annual revenue. Instrumental in successfully launching the wireless audio products in Radio Shack and the CE channel. Extensive travel throughout Asia to source product and negotiate with vendors for pricing and manufacturing terms. Collaborated with sales to provide customer support for products sold in all channels of distribution.

Oversaw a staff of five team members handling purchasing, inventory and forecasting for the audio/video accessory business. Supported product development for the business which increased sales from $16M to $104M in three years. Extensive travel through Asia to source product and negotiate with vendors.

Provided purchasing function of replacement parts and accessories for RCA and GE audio and video products. Responsible for components valued at $6M to support global sales. Supported customer service and foreign offices with product and availability. Co-developed innovative system for direct order placement which resulted in a better customer experience.
