Lead Technical Program Manager for a $34B revenue financial services firm in the US with a product portfolio that spans holistic, comprehensive financial planning, integrated risk and wealth offerings, annuities, life, and disability insurance. I lead a talented team of agile coaches and scrum leaders in Milwaukee and New York City to help cross functional enterprise software teams build amazing experiences for our advisors and clients. My scope of responsibilities includes driving continuous improvement across portfolio, product, engineering, design and program management operations, processes, tools, and practices across Digital Product & Design (DPD) and Engineering Solutions Delivery (ESD). As a part of a Delivery Excellence strategic initiative, led the rollout and coaching to standardize SDLC processes across 300+ software delivery teams across Jira stories, features, and Jira Align Epics. I created PowerBI portfolio reports to understand cycle time and improve cross functional alignment and transparency. I led PI planning for 20 teams across 5 programs and drove the delivery success of 3 company-wide, experience driven, strategic annual incentive plan initiatives, and facilitated the estimation of work across 19 programs.The strategic portfolio includes proprietary digital platforms and algorithms to help clients protect themselves and prosper throughout their lives. Through continuous product discovery, the custom software platforms help advisors engage clients in factfinding, goal planning, financial planning, retirement planning, and financial distribution across multiple different scenarios and Monte-Carlo simulations to identify the best approaches to achieve goals. The result is executable, comprehensive planning across all different phases of life including all assets, investments, annuities, and life insurance.
