Lead engineering efforts and enhance project management practices related to renewable energy greenfield projects.

Perform project management capability upgrades (processes, alignment, templates, PMO), lead critical projects, perform risk management assessments, and mentor project managers to build skills.

Building the core processes and infrastructure for a unique business model providing outsourced engineering services.

Gas turbine power plant engineering, procurement, and construction.

Lead a team responsible for several aspects of reliability for multiple electric generating stations. Team roles included engineering related to power boiler repairs and construction; engineering/inspections of high-energy piping systems; plant outage program/project planning, coordinating, and executing; non-destructive testing of critical components.

Lead a team responsible for planning an extensive capital improvement and maintenance period for a unique nuclear technology demonstration and training platform. Focus included scope, schedule, budget, and risk management.(2010-2011 was a Principal Engineer performing strategic planning, assessment, and project management)

- Management assignments covering operations, engineering, finance, and program/project management.- Sea duty on four nuclear submarines. Shore duty at The Pentagon and two operational submarine staffs.- Roles included Project Manager, Requirements Manager, Operations Officer (x3), Executive Officer (x2), Navigator, Plans and Scheduling (x2).
