Managed both Federal and Commercial channel partners. Enabled our partners to be successful with our layer 4-7 switch technologies, as well as, our data and security products and solutions. Sales training and hands-on evaluations were provided to our partners. Maintained good working relationships with our key Independent partners. Managed and supported our OEM partners in their efforts to deliver our gigabit NIC technology. Trained customer engineers on Alteon tigon chip technology and the features and benefits of our gig NIC's. As a team, myself and my sales counterpart would qualify opportunities and support large accounts such as IBM, Compaq, IntraServer, EMC, DG, and Intergraph. This required a lot of interaction between our California manufacturing and product group and our team.

Responsible for desktop and LAN support. Successful completion of sales laptop conversion for the company. Staged move/consolidation of 4 facilities into a 2 building complex including new wiring and LAN installation.Developed training for sales staff on features and capabilities of new tools (equipment). Implemented network printer plan for company.
