Dave established BowTieLearning Ltd. in 2022 with the aim of developing and delivering high quality online training in Business Analysis using BPMN 2.0 and in preparing candidates for Microsoft Office Specialist exams at Associate and Expert levels.With over twenty years industrial and commercial experience as a systems analyst and project manager, Dave was involved in the design and implementation of major projects for some of the worlds largest companies, such as Unilever and Allied Irish Banks. He changed career track in 2000 and was a lecturer with the Technological University Dublin until November 2022. His main academic interests are in Project Management, Process Analysis and Microsoft Certification. Dave has a B.Sc (Hons) from Trinity College Dublin and an M.Sc Degree in Computing. He is a certified PRINCE2 practitioner, a Microsoft Certified Professional and MOS Master. He was jointly responsible for the implementation of the Microsoft Office Specialist certification programme in the Technological University Dublin.
