My specific duties include:• Project/Study Management and Consulting Services;• Management and development of EPMS' strategic and operating plans and budgets;• Management and monitoring of ongoing EPMS business strategies, redirecting as necessary;• Ensuring EPMS is viewed by existing and prospective clients as a premier full-service consultant of choice;• Monitoring and direction of staff development needs;• Development of strategic partnerships and alliances;• Project Direction, ensuring project objectives are achieved within prescribed time frames and budgets;• Development of project/study execution plans;• Preparation of project reports for clients and/or other stakeholders;• Assume responsibility for overall quality and management of major projects or programs;• Oversee budget and ensure financial accountability;• Hire personnel for program/project implementation;• Supervise program delivery, assess client needs;• Recognize and solve potential problems and evaluate project/program effectiveness;
