Currently charged with overall operations, including soldering, programming, product development, purchasing, manufacturing, assembly, marketing, shipping, and accounting, my role is to strategically drive company-wide efficiency, sales, and routine equipment repair. Utilizes CNC milling, 3D printing, and arduino microcontrollers.I additionally deliver world-class customer service with optimal tech support - achieving $60K in sales which was the highest in company history.

In a previous role, I expertly delivered client-centered service and full life project management, overseeing procurement of equipment, labor, travel arrangement, and crew assignments to maintain “Gold Standard” of AV Production. I also introduced CAD and 3D Rendering techniques to effectively communicate vision with client and venue personnel. My notable achievements included:✯ Routinely generated new business by building client rapport. ✯ Conceptualized 3D printed hardware to reduce equipment breakage. ✯ Consistently ranked +95% in customer service ratings and individually averaged 57% profit.✯ Lit two sides of the Richardson Olmsted Complex with twelve 30k projectors as Production Manager/AV Team lead for enLIGHTen, a large scale production mapping event (one-of-a-kind for Buffalo) with live music from the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.

Previously provided editing/recording services and equipment oversight for a global touring company, I was responsible for hiring and supervising technicians in customized event setup, maintenance, and inventory control. My notable achievements included:✯ Operated AV equipment to support high-profile clients, such as Bloomberg, Chrysler, Celebrity Apprentice, and Fashion Week.✯ Strategically collaborate with key leaders to create and execute audio and video elements for all new performances including "Orbo Novo" by Sidi Larbi Cherkaoui, "Tuplet" by Alexander Ekman, and "Violet Kid" by Hofesh Shechter.

I briefly troubleshot, tested, setup, operated and provided maintenance/repair of high-end AV equipment in accordance with event requirements and production budgets. I notably assembled equipment orders to support all of our major events, such as Nolcha Fashion Week and Pratt Institute Graduation.

My expertise was utilized to operate lighting and audio equipment for up to five musical shows daily – which encompassed all equipment pre-checks, maintenance and repair.

In preparation of +200 annual events, I controlled the proper use and repair of AV equipment for high profile lectures, which encompassed talks from Stephen Hawking, Richard Dawkins, and Lou Diamond Phillips.

Earlier in my career, I prepped, operated, and repaired Audio, Video, Electrical and Pneumatic systems for parade floats, the Batman Stunt show, and repaired small engines as a go-kart mechanic.

At the youth center I supervised kids and played games with them, repaired and maintained equipment, did light carpentry work and painting, cleaned the building, set up, operated and tore down sound and lighting systems, and set up and tore down haunted house equipment.
