• Serve as primary contact for community foundations, including nearly 130 subscribing members, seeking financial benchmarking data or consulting.• Provide web- and phone-based orientations for new, renewing, and prospective community foundation members.• Maintain CF Insights data architecture, ensure accuracy of submitted financial data, prepare custom datasets for analysis, liaise with backend programmers, and provide technical assistance to end users.• Act as lead project manager for annual Columbus Survey, a comprehensive analysis of community foundation financial trends, including dataset preparation and analysis, copywriting, report design oversight, and publishing to CFInsights.org.• Provide consulting for community foundations completing cost-revenue studies, analyze data, and prepare final presentation.• Produce custom peer benchmarking dashboards and accompanying analysis for member foundations.• Manage social media presence, website CMS, e-mail contact list, and e-newsletter production.Prepare and host webinars on various relevant topics, primarily the findings of CF Insights research.

• Ensured timely completion of recipient and grant indexing for the roughly 100 community foundations included in the annual FC1000 grant activity research set.• Maintained grant maker profiles of approximately 760 community foundations and their 800 geographic affiliates for publishing on Foundation Directory Online using proprietary database software.• Enhanced and maintained pipeline of directly reported grants data, through the recruitment and retention of new community foundation Electronic Grant Reporters.• Coordinated supplemental profile/grants data outsourcing efforts with external firm, including budget-tracking.• Assisted Editor of Philanthropy News Digest in Community Foundation Update story curation.
