• I have made vast improvements for management team's workforce utilization. Employee utilization metric increased from 80% to 91%. My efforts in accomplishing this were through focused data analysis and persistent team communication. This effectively influenced and drove appropriate and improved team behaviors resulting in improved performance metrics for the corporation. • Functioned as a contributing member of a Day in The Life focus group concentrating on improved tools and processes for the front-line Manager to empower these employees to better prioritize and schedule their Day and work. The Day in The Life focus group is a purpose driven response that is designed to evaluate, improve, and orchestrate the current and future state of required work done by the front-line manager. The Day in The Life team serves as an ambassador to the front-line manager to improve work/life balance and act as a conduit to share and implement improvement opportunities.• My Day included coaching management teams and identifying performance improvement areas and gaps utilizing an iterative approach along with AGILE and LEAN methodologies to identify nonvalue added tasks pertaining to workforce efficiency, productivity, and utilization. My results far exceed corporate metric requirement of 95% for supported teams.• Another one of my priorities was to confirm efficiency and productivity compliance and facilitate change control where needed utilizing Data Science methods.
