About Dave Rozman

Over 20 years non-profit experience including front line service, program development, program consultation, community development, facilitation, data & research, grant writing, fund development and more. My career experience includes leading national and regional youth programs that impacted thousands of teens. I have more than 600 hours of training experience developing and facilitating workshops and full-day sessions on more than 20 topics for staff members of a national non-profit. My project management experience ranges from national conferences for 2,000 teens to local pilot programs impacting 30 students. I’ve developed and facilitated local and national programs based on identified gaps in services. I’ve written, received and managed multiple program grants. I managed the operations of a local non-profit focusing on collective impact. Most recently I have focused on fund development prospecting, cultivating, asking and stewarding donor relations.I have worked for world-class organizations where I managed large-scale projects while meeting the needs of the end-user. I focused on providing exceptional service to customers, clients and partners through clear communication and expectations. In my national and local roles, I learned to identify and focus efforts on the disenfranchised and underrepresented and to understand how systems can be changed to address and serve their greatest needs. These experiences have allowed me to solve problems and create innovative solutions to pressing issues.Over the course of my career, I have impacted hundreds of at-risk teens in the Greater Holland community and thousands of youth and staff nationwide. This impact would not have been possible without the ability to work alongside numerous team members and partners to facilitate them toward a common goal. I am also a group exercise instructor at MVP Athletic Club of Holland where I facilitate Group Ride and Group Core classes weekly. I enjoy motivating and empowering people to achieve their health goals while having fun.

Listed skills include Program Development, Nonprofits, Community Outreach, Youth Development, and 14 others.
