David Michael Ryncavage Sr. ( 55 ) graduated from Greater Nanticoke Area in 1980. He was an accomplished athlete lettering in football, wrestling, baseball, and track. He was chosen Outstanding Player of the Year in football, and after a Prep Year at Wyoming Seminary, accepted a scholarship to play for the Temple University Owls. Dave held several jobs before deciding on a career in the insurance industry. He become a District Manager for AFLAC in 1998. The following year his office opened the largest account in the history of AFLAC. A 100,000 employee account for Rite Aid Corporation. He held "#1 broker in the company" consecutively for the next four years in a row. Dave's dream of starting his own company was later realized in 2015. Along with his son Alec Joseph Ryncavage (AJ), Dave formed a tech company focused on revolutionizing the network security industry. Dave is married to his wife of 29 years, Danielle, and the father of David Jr., Alexa Rae, and Alec.
