• Led the successful implementation of re-pricing our entire Unsecured Line of Credit portfolio, generating $44 million in annual NII.
• Successfully renegotiated pricing with our external vendor handling the administration of our Gov’t Guaranteed Student Loans, ensuring that we are profitable throughout the life of the portfolio.
• Led initiatives with objectives to reducing expenses (ULOC Closure Program) and increasing revenue and utilization (Interest Only Program).
• Led system initiatives geared to plugging ‘revenue leakage’
• Successfully launched a ‘Proactive Call Program’ pilot, geared to helping customers showing signs of credit management distress.
