We facilitate life insurance applications by providing paramedical examinations, personal history collection, lab testing, and data gathering services to insurance companies. This helps insurers assess applicant’s health risks and make informed underwriting decisions. I am focused on enhancing our partnerships serving Medical Claims, Labs, EHR, and Prescription data for individual HIPAA authorized release as well as other emerging data sources or decision support services.

Supervised team supporting all operational aspects for Hallmark international exports including assortment planning, demand planning, order management, and export shipping to deliver profitable revenue growth for Hallmark. Integrated business transformation initiatives for Hallmark International subsidiary companies across the globe. These included supply chain optimization, innovation, and product commercialization.• Recruited by Hallmark International's president as chief of staff, successfully integrated business transformation initiatives across global subsidiaries, enabling timely launch of new systems and processes in key markets (UK, Continental Europe, Japan, Australia).• Directed the US based international export team and implemented LEAN principles supported by new software tools to reduce staffing by 50% including a layer of middle management while maintaining service level agreements with customers.

Navigated efforts to extend Hallmark's portfolio of brands and businesses into new arenas by surfacing, evaluating, negotiating, and bringing to market opportunities that allow Hallmark to work with outside companies that possess complimentary assets. Led Personalized Cards and Party businesses on Hallmark.com including product development and P&L responsibility. Spearheaded partnerships with start-up companies to expand distribution of Hallmark’s e-commerce capabilities to other platforms.

Led internal and consulting teams to launch B2B e-commerce site and multiple supporting back office and supply chain solutions as well as guiding implementation and administration of the business within SalesForce.com.

In partnership with sales team, acquired new key customer initiating the launch of e-commerce site and partner ordering websites processing >100k customer orders annually.
