Licensed Architect• Recognized by the AIA as among the Top 1% youngest licensed architects in the US (2015 AIA).• Completed 7 exams in 10 weeks and 5,600 experience hours across 17 categories in 18 months.Corporate/Commercial Studio• A fast-paced studio providing feasibility, zoning, programming and design expertise to 4.8M GSF across the Northeast for urban commercial and mixed-use projects. 1.8M GSF moved into construction, including projects such as the Echelon Seaport.Architecture & Construction• Carried a $12 million, 32,000 GSF office building from design into construction with minimal supervision; managing the team of 12 engineers and designers in producing the technical drawing sets, contractor bid sets, city permitting and construction detailing.• Carried a $21 million, 35,000 GSF lab building from design into construction with minimal supervision; managing the team of 10 engineers and designers for all tasks.• Collaborated on 692,000 GSF in all phases of Design and Construction, including an $80 million, 76,000 GSF laboratory at Yale University and the 550,000 GSF Novartis Headquarters in Cambridge.
