Responsibilities included Engineering, EHS and IT Support:• Provided project planning and maintenance support for a wide variety of projects that had a major impact on improving operations, efficiency and profits. Developed over fifty PLC installations, from retrofits to new designs, involving SCADA, VFD’s and HMI’s into PLCs. Responsible for software and hardware support for both industrial (DH+ and DH485) and TCP/IP networks and various servers. • Responsible for 36 million kWh of electricity and 750,000 therms of natural gas procurement. Lead key initiatives in demand management and demand response participation.

Acquired by Grede Corporation, Citation supplied a wide range of iron, steel, and aluminum products to customers such as Honda and Ford, truck makers Freightliner and Navistar, and equipment makers Caterpillar and John Deere. Citation went from publicly held to private in 1999.
