Half of my team is focused on Sales Integrity analytics where the goal is to identify anomalous sales activity and root out bad-actor behaviors in our sales channels, as well as isolating risks to data and asset protection. Within this role we specialize in finding the hard-to-find data, bringing it all together to isolate high propensity gaming activity, utilize various machine learning and statistical means to help tell the story and generate outputs that are easy for the business to interpret. The other half of my team is responsible for creating the data consumption layer that supports call center reporting across the enterprise. We are responsible for supporting Workforce Operations that drive daily decisions with regards to staffing, forecast and short term call routing. We also support Call Centers Operations with deep dive views in performance management metrics that they need to run the business while also providing executive leadership with the aggregated metrics they need to evaluate the business more holistically. As a servant-leader I pride myself on focusing on empathy and understanding because the team is the most important asset you have. I am a strong communicator who excels at serving as a translator between technical and business partners, and working in a collaborative environment where I can put my mentoring and teaching skills to use.I am especially interested in data discovery, architecture, and analysis, as well as crunching numbers and finding creative ways to be more efficient in business.
