I am a Senior instructional and performance systems designer/analyst, with more than 20 years of previous experience as an instructor-trainer working with multiple cultures both in and outside the United States. I am currently employed by ZENETEX, LLC and serving as contractor support (CSS) to NAWC TSD's Sailor 2025 Acquisition Team. Prior to this contract, I served as a CSS for the CH-53K Heavy Lift helicopter Front-End Analysis and Instructional Systems Design teams.My Ph.D. dissertation is from the Computing Technology in Education (CTE) Department, College of Computing and Engineering at Nova Southeastern University. I am the 2018 recipient of the 2018 Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) Dean and Sybil McClusky Research Award.I also hold an Education Specialist degree (Ed.S.) in CTE, an M.S. degree in Instructional and Performance Technology (IPT) with an emphasis in adult learning, and a B.A. in organizational communication. My dissertation is titled: "An Instructional Designer Competency Framework for the for Complex Learning Designs."I also have experience working in online and remote work environments and multiple LMS systems as well as performing front-end analysis and data input into the Content Planning Module (CPM), as required by many DoD contract. I bring extensive experience in including software simulation design, voice-recognition controlled desktop simulations, 3D multi-touch simulations, and interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI).> Analysis of complex training devices>Collaboration with graduate school university faculty> Multicultural instructor training in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Bahamas, and the Cayman Islands.
