The practical experience Dave has gained over the past 40 years working in manufacturing and on the leading edge of ERP effectiveness with companies across North America, Europe and Africa, has equipped him with the in-depth understanding needed to help companies improve performance and achieve business objectives, particularly in the area of supply chain and shop floor execution processes.Dave has extensive hands-on experience, and uses his unique strengths to uncover inefficiencies and their underlying root causes, and works with manufacturers to increase their capability and effectiveness. Dave brings experience to S&OP both from Sales and Operations. He spent several years in enterprise software and hardware sales, as well as managing a sales team. He has been responsible for large project management in system implementation, along with wide-ranging experience in delivering business process improvements. He lengthy background in manufacturing operations has revolved around his strengths in Master Scheduling and Shop Floor execution. He is certified by APICS with CPIM and CSCP designations and is a former President of the OGV Chapter. He is a regular speaker at APICS meetings and conferences. Over the past 10 years he has worked independently, but in 2018 he reunited with his long-standing associates Doug Dedman and Duncan McLeod of DBM System Inc.
