I am a passionate servant leader who loves Jesus! As a result I love people and enjoy rallying & building teams of people around a common cause. After working with and motivating over 1,200 volunteers to accomplish numerous tasks over 7 years, and thousands of hours serving people in my community. I am a coach at heart & have over 20 years experience in Food Service and Retail Operations, including 13+ years Corporate Leadership experience, supervising over 150 employees, 6 salaried managers and overseeing a budget in excess of $12 million. In my professional career of leading teams I have always had some of the lowest turnover amongst my peers.
