In 1988 as a 20 year Broadcaster & continuing Face & Voice Actor, Dave was leaving an audition at the Voicecaster with his old 'n' folded, typed-up listing of LA VO Studios and Audition locations and within weeks started Printing and handing out my free, his Voice Over Guide (predecessor to the, 1998 to present, Voice Over RESOURCE Guide). Currently, represented by ATLAS TALENT, NY-LA, Dave still Voices daily for Clients around the world from his superior in-home Recording Studio in the Palm Springs / Coachella Valley. Also, with gratitude & thanks to the offerings of the late Joan Ellen Gerber & Bill Bell & Johnny Rabbitt, dsw was anointed to pass on what he learned from their teachings to his DSW VO Workshop (1980-98). 18 wonderful years of working with Actors of all levels ... talented Voice Over students who have gone off on their own extraordinary VO and Acting careers.

As a Director he Co-Founded the Commercial Production Co, Dave & Dave in the mid '80s which morphed into an 18 year weekly Voice Over Workshop and finally Los Angeles' renowned Dave & Dave Recording Studios (4 rooms, no waiting) which continues to this day as a complete Audio Pre & Post Production Facility serving all areas of media. He launched the Voice Over Resource Guide in 1988 and today it's still the VO Industry's Only Publication.
