Co-founded this award-winning public-private partnership to use human-centered design to create more effective financial empowerment services for low-income New Yorkers.Partners included the NYC Office of Financial Empowerment, NYC Center for Economic Opportunity, NYC Mayor’s Fund, Parsons DESIS Lab, and Citi Community Development.

Co-founded this initiative with Parsons the New School for Design's DESIS Lab to encourage the use of human-centered design in government by engaging public servants in conversations with top civic innovators and providing training.

Managed all digital and print communications to New Yorkers whose homes were damaged or destroyed by Hurricane Sandy, as well as all public engagement activities.

Planned and hosted events for NYC chapter of the international Service Design Network.

During Hurricane Sandy, coordinated mobilization and demobilization of City’s Emergency Supply Stockpile to all 76 hurricane shelters that were serving 7,500 New Yorkers who could not evacuate the city. Also co-built a database for the Logistics Staging Area to track hundreds of generators and light towers that were deployed throughout the city.
