Thank You for visiting my Profile !In my role as Senior Solutions Leader for Data and Analytics, I am accountable for:- Strategy, Financial and Operations Modelling- To engage with Business Units (BU’s) to asses' opportunities within Supply Chain Functions globally, ideate and conceptualize, Piloting, Development, Deployment and handover to support/ User adoption teams and constantly monitor the value realization YoY.- Validate hypothesis and industrialize solutions across multiple Manufactuing plants and distribution centers- Work closely with different Product Managers and a squad of Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Tableau Developers and Software Developers to deliver solutions to customers- Building and growing 3rd party alliances and partners- Enhancing the Software Engineering Team with DevSecOps / Agile Practices / Qualimetry / Testing Lifecycle & Architecture In addition to my solution role, I lead some of our most significant E-2-E transformation engagements across different regions - owning the client/business relationship, guiding our process, people, and technology teams, and having ultimate responsibility for the quality delivery of our solutions.Being a practical Problem Solver and having the ability to deliver trustworthy solutions to production (simple design, principled quality, and elegant code)Having the ability to pick up domain/industry understanding quickly, and to have meaningful dialogue with business stakeholders with the appropriate probing questions and techniques to derive the As-Is understanding and thereafter crafting solutions that generate business & people value I'm especially interested in how combining capabilities to create synergies in the automation revolution will impact organizations, governments, and communities.
