Joined Stuart Frost to help him launch a new kind of venture studio focused purely on Big Data software companies. For the initial set of companies, I wrote the original proposals, hired the management teams, embedded Stuart’s philosophies into the incubation process, coached the teams on a modified version of The Lean Startup, and continuously iterated on improving the framework. I then hired great people to take over and scale each of my responsibilities.
