PDD Ventures brings startup style innovation to big companies. I led the early "Ideation" stage projects that combined Venture Strategy and Product Design to create and validate groundbreaking market viable software product concepts.

Joined Stuart Frost to help him launch a new kind of venture studio focused purely on Big Data software companies. For the initial set of companies, I wrote the original proposals, hired the management teams, embedded Stuart’s philosophies into the incubation process, coached the teams on a modified version of The Lean Startup, and continuously iterated on improving the framework. I then hired great people to take over and scale each of my responsibilities.

Hired to help complete its transformation from a consulting firm (Intrasolv Consulting) to a product company (iRise).
