Safety is my passion...people are my focus...blending the two is of primary importance.I started my safety career as a Federal Safety Officer where I spent 14 years working with many different industries guiding them in building safety programs, training them in everything safety, investigating serious accidents and conducting in depth worksite inspections. From there I felt it was time to focus on building a program for one company. Having done this I've been able to experience both sides...the regulator perspective and the company perspective.I've spent the last 20 years building my safety toolbox and have been a people person all my life. Learning what others do and adapting safety to best fit the circumstance is what I love.In order to provide the best possible safety programs, I have taken the step of becoming a certified auditor for safety, environment and quality (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001).
