Developed software for aircraft sensor controllers according to the DO-178B development process. Coded in C, wrote documentation, read specifications. Interfaced with hardware, manufacturing, config management, QA and management teams.

Designed, implemented, and tested firmware in C for industrial hardware with Motorola HC08 microcontrollers. This included drivers for gas sensors, LCD displays, switches, and motors, all the way up to the application layer. Wrote documentation and fielded client questions. Used software and a scope to debug new hardware. In addition to firmware, I also wrote a CMS system in PHP to track inventory and desktop software with Python and wxPython to test devices.
