One of the early podcasts, I have been hosting the Evil Genius Chronicles podcast - http://evilgeniuschronicles.org/ - since the day after Adam Curry started the Daily Source Code. I have also hosted Voices in Your Head for IT Conversations. Podcast Hall of Fame 2022.

On the IntegrationHub team, my job is to provide internal and external teams with the resources they need to build Spokes for delivery. Building reference Spokes, writing and improving documentation resources, providing guidance and answering technical questions - this is all my area. My goal is to enable as many Spokes published in the ecosystem as possible!

I serve as a liaison to the Developer Community, creating content to help ServiceNow developers enhance their skills, creating reference implementations to demonstrate techniques, and learning about changes in new releases to help educate the larger community about the changes contained in them.

Delivered Managed Load Tests to enterprise customers, using JMeter and specially crafted applications within the ServiceNow instance to simulate high level of user activity. Developed custom applications for customers from requirements through delivery. Assisted with pre-sales and customer satisfaction issues by troubleshooting problems and providing solutions to functionality gaps.

For many years, served as one of the core developers of the central communication system. Developed systems for the on-premise appliance, the server-side applications and the communication pathways between. Drove the creation of a unit testing framework for the legacy C code base, increasing the quality and reducing regression of bugs. Developed for the web portal, served as point of contact for emergency outage situations. Prioritized responsiveness to the operation center analysts (my primary customers) above all else.

As one of the two primary organizers of CREATE South, I have been in charge of the public website, handling registration, balancing the books, booking keynote speakers and serving as guest liaison.

Worked on the Orbitz for Business portion of the site. The one general public facing functionality I added was to enable users to view the filled and empty seats of specific flights from the search pages, where previously one could only do that from the purchased flights pages.
