Launched first international expansion for the leading internet recruitment company in the US. Managing Director responsible for launching and growing UK revenues, market share and meeting financial goals; full P&L responsibility. Responsible for sales, business development, product marketing and corporate and consumer marketing. Over 2 years, grew the business from zero traffic, employees and revenue to #3 most trafficked job site, 70 employees and an annual revenue run rate of over $5M.

Business development and growth strategies including international expansion. Launched products, sites and divisions, launched new college scholarship website that became cash flow positive after 3 months and became #2 largest site after 6 months.

I ran product marketing and business development for venture backed start-up. We developed and sold hiring solutions to large corporations that hired many hourly workers. The benefits are reduced turnover, reduced training costs, shorter hiring time frames, reduction in employee related theft and the ability for companies to create an "ideal candidate" based on statistical analysis of applicant data against desired outcomes. The company was acquired by Kronos in 2004.
