Mr. Smullin has had decades of experience representing individual employees and later employers as clients in private practice. He began his career working as a Field Attorney and then Trial Specialist in the San Francisco Regional Office of the National Labor Relations Board for 9 years. He was in trial in over 50 cases, winning more than 90% of them. He also worked daily with individuals, employers and labor organizations in resolving heated harassment and discharge issues as well as similarly emotional union election cases. Smullin was then hired by a respected Silicon Valley law firm to create an employment law practice for that firm. After 5 years, while A-V rated, he founded an employment law firm.
