Led the expansion of EmpireWorks into Northern Colorado, overseeing HOA Reconstruction and Restoration projects, including building envelope and light civil work. Drafted proposals, held HOA board meetings, and educated property management firms through lunch-and-learn sessions. Built relationships with HOA and Property Management professionals to secure project funding and facilitated post-litigation construction defect work.

Joined the company at inception, heavily contributing to its growth into a firm with 15+ recruiters across construction, insurance, and oil & gas divisions, serving Colorado and national clients. I Achieved particular success in building relationships with Colorado GCs, Owners, and Developers in civil, residential, and commercial construction. Through strategic goal forecasting, we met targets annually, earning recognition as one of the Denver Business Journal's Top 10 Staffing Firms in Colorado from 2016 to 2020

Rose through the ranks at AutoNation’s flagship dealership in Denver, advancing from Sales to Internet Director, Business Development Manager, Fleet Director, and finally Sales Manager. Collaboratively designed strategies to improve walk-in, internet, and phone closing rates. Established a new fleet/broker department after the departure of the long-time Fleet Director. Hired, trained, and mentored 30+ sales representatives during my tenure, consistently setting closing and market share records nearly every year.
