Clients were mostly large IOCs.One of the outcomes of this work was the co-invention of a new way to ship gas by sea using large coiled pipelines as the pressure vessel. This patented technology (called Coselle CNG technology) was purchased by Enron in 1997. -

These projects ranged from an offshore concrete retained island for drilling (a world's first) to major dredging projects. I was also responsible for establishing a project services group whose mandate was to schedule, budget and monitor all of the construction activities needed to support the active Arctic drilling program. I reported to the Vice President of Engineering and Construction.
