Directed security and loss prevention policies and procedures for New Jersey Region consisting of nine clubs with sales totaling over $600 million. Implemented new program to reduce company shrink by improving front door security using the BOAT/OAR method. Improved door checkout time and identified possible miscues at registers. Monitored club safety.
