Respond to all complaints or concerns brought by or on behalf of the residentsof each assigned long term care facility.

Oversight of structure and process for collecting data to measure access, engagement, retention, outcomes, credentialing, file audits, client satisfaction and cultural competence.Lead the creation of a continuous quality improvement process that involves management, staff and clients in collaborative evaluation and solution seeking strategies.
