Led a product engineering group that worked with various technologies including IP networking, firewalls, LDAP, SNMP, load balancers, Storage Area Networks (SANs) and IP video. Directed multiple teams of senior engineers in developing various components of the company application service provider infrastructure.

Modeled Internet backbone utilization and growth for planing and implementation forecasts at the height of traffic growth. Designed expansion OC-12 backbone trunks and future OC-48 trunks to increase network capacity. Created and managed a team of senior engineers to evaluate equipment and technology for future generations of company's global network infrastructure. This included the creation of a test lab that housed advanced devices including Terabit Switched Routers (TSR) and Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexers (DWDM).

Performed integration and acceptance testing of large scale digital video on demand systems for international and domestic clients using various network delivery technologies including Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) and Fiber to the Home (FTTH). These systems ultimately became Verizon's FiOS and other similar platforms. Participated in integration and testing of development and commercial sites for Bell Atlantic, Nynex, and Pacific Bell’s wireless video delivery system. Designed and co-wrote a client-server customer care database application to support Bell Atlantic (Verizon) DirectTV offering. Managed a team of 8 developers in creating a customer care system.
