I oversaw and managed a self-established small business specialising in the provision of office capital equipment. I established key relationships with suppliers, finance brokers, clients, sales people, engineers, and administrative staff. Furthermore, I prospected and generated leads to grow our client base and enhance profitability. I chose to close down the business in March 2018 to pursue an extremely exciting opportunity with Croner-i that would allow me to utilise my entrepreneurial skills and ambition.

At MailServe Ltd, I honed my entrepreneurial skills to build a business comprising of 20 employees operating in sales, finance and administration capacities. I mentored, guided and motivated the individual salespeople to achieve over quota performances each and every month. Additionally, I governed the recruitment, on-boarding, and development of all talent required to support daily business operations. In this role, I catalysed revenue beyond more than £1m with pre-tax profits of £250,000. I was also able to proliferate a 300% ROI from initial share investments.
