I focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Security Operations. I’m responsible for creating and maintaining the IAM platform and monitoring and executing security tools leveraged to ensure the security of our program and standards. I maintain the quality service standards set by the organization, along with security best practices. I Work very close and collaboratively with Human Resources Team on IAM processes and with the IT Team on security monitoring, compliance, and controls in the DRB Enterprise.Other duties include:-Managing and maintaining the health of the Security Program-Implementing and maintaining IAM solutions to ensure that controls are working and are effectively managing access for employees, suppliers, contract workers, and temporary employees-Developing and implementing workflows and processes that automate and facilitate access provisioning and de-provisioning-Building authorization collections for applications-Improving and automating employee, supplier, contractor, temporary employee on-boarding, and off-boarding processes.-Assisting in the planning, implementation, and support of Cyber Security platforms, solutions, and tools. -Assisting with the coordination of vulnerability assessment activities.-Assisting with reviewing of programs, policies, procedures, and standards in relation to best practices-Consulting with stakeholders, business units, and IT on security and protection measures of systems. -Participating in the Cyber Incident Response processes. -Aiding in the development and maintenance of the Security Awareness Training program-Assisting with PCI DSS and PA-DSS initiatives to achieve DRB Systems regulatory compliance.

I work on the setup and configuration of SQL databases for new and existing car wash sites through our in-house software. • Configured technically sound SiteWatch databases to meet customer requirements within the guidelines of DRB Systems recommendations or accepted exceptions.• Completed configuration projects within the time frames and deadlines as specified by the production schedule.• Consulted with Project Coordinators and/or customers on recommended configuration information as needed to meet customer requirements and are following recommended practices.• Assembled XPT Custom screens using Adobe Illustrator or other designated programs.• Provided back up support to customers, Field Installers and Distributors with software support by telephone and/or internet connections with the aid of computers, software and test equipment. • Assisted in the development of trainees. • Website Connect Admin: In addition to my every day responsibilities of being a Database Configuration Administrator, I also assisted in the website integration of store and prepaid items for customer's e-commerce websites.
