• Led a CSE team of engineers to resolve technical issues and provide solution to facilitate better development of PCB layout design on core business of Burn-In Board (BIB) manufacturing. Region of coverage was entire East Asia.• Achievements: Developed strong relationship with existing customers such as ChipMOS, FATC, PTI, ThaiLin, UTAC and received good recommendation as Best Customer Field Service Engineer.

• Provided field troubleshooting and application service support on a series of Burn-In Systems sold by principle, Aehr Test Systems, to customers all over South East Asia.
