I am a Managing Director at Scyne Advisory and lead the Salesforce practice. I am passionate about my team and about helping my clients drive meaningful and sustainable business outcomes. I help my clients solve for the right problems, reimagine what is possible, empower their people, introduce new ways of working, change experiences, gain real insights and measure results.I began my career over two decades ago as an accountant and quickly found my passion with the systems and processes. I shifted to working on implementation of ERP solutions and travelled globally for large PeopleSoft programs including Financials, Procurement, HRMS and CRM solutions. This culminated with several years in United States where I led the east-coast practice of Maximus Inc. PeopleSoft ERP division. After returning to Australia I shifted my focus to Salesforce, a community I have been part of since 2007. I joined Salesforce and led their mid-market professional services practice. I have delivered hundreds of successful Salesforce implementations, including large scale and multi region programs, across government and the public sector, health and life sciences, financial services, education, technology and manufacturing to travel and leisure, real estate, automotive and FMCG.My Salesforce journey continued to a boutique Salesforce professional services firm where I was a co-founder & Managing Director. We enjoyed 5 successful years of growth and was acquired by Deloitte Australia in 2013. I retired from Deloitte as a Partner in early 2018 where I was the National Salesforce Leader for Deloitte Digital. I joined PwC Australia in July 2018 as a Partner to lead the Australian and APAC Salesforce practice. The PwC Australia Salesforce practice thrived and grew to be the most successful alliance business. In November 2023, PwC Australia divested its Government business and Scyne Advisory was born. First of its kind, pure play Government consulting business. I proudly lead the Salesforce practice that is focused on making a difference for the Australia public sector.
