- Responsible for supervising and directing the work efforts of the TA Partners
- Reports into and collaborates closely with Director, Talent Acquisition.
- Provides coaching for employees, conducts perform reviews, and ensures that the TA Partners develop robust professional development plans.
- Make decisions that are based on policies, procedures, metrics, and the broader business plan.
- Collaborates with leadership to identify talent gaps and makes recommendations to meet business needs/growth.
