Illumin8 is an IT start-up that provides specialised consultancy services, software solutions and specialised software products to the SME market, focusing on productivity, security and business capability. I provided strategic vision for technical products and service offerings, securing and directing technology investment, building a delivery team and directing and mentoring product development staff.

Responsible for the delivery of computing services across the EMEA region including staff and $MM capital and operational budget accountability. Lead delivery of operational computing systems to 5,000 staff across 3 primary centres located in the UK, Sweden and France and support of 200 software development staff across the UK. Developed new business from bid to delivery and operational support for some of the big names in Europe (FTM/Orange, KPNQuest, Colt, Microsoft). Setup a capability and team to establish the path to live for a major transformative programme within Midland Electric. Ensured environments, tools and team were ready for multiple coordinated release cycles and that the solution was viable for production.
