First member of $100M start-up venture selling iPTV/Internet/Phone consumer services utilizing GPON Fiber-to-the-Home technology initially launching in Jamaica. Digicel, a $4B multi-national total communications and entertainment company, offers innovative mobile services, enterprise solutions, cloud computing, cable TV, broadband and engaging content. Located in 31 markets across the Caribbean, Central America and Asia Pacific and employ around 6,000 people.

Relocated to Brazil operations for 9 months as part of new management team realigning 3G project implementation team structure based on best practices from prior market launches. Successfully stabilized launch support teams (Marketing and Engineering deployment team) by aligning clear goals and objectives, improving communication and providing transparency ensuring marketing launch strategy requirements were met in short timeframe.

Program architect of $300M Chile start-up next generation 3G technology implementation. Created and directed large internal/external team in the Project Management Office. Team coordinated effort in defining customer experience strategy for all touch points across the customer lifecycle. Responsibilities included change management, business processes, release planning, training, communications and launch support.

Responsible for budgeting, long range strategic planning, and financial reporting to senior management and BOD. Directed team responsible for the “Mercosur” region. • Led financial team for Nextel Chile business case and build-out proposal submitted to Subtel (Chilean FCC) securing 60 MHz of 3G spectrum. Aligned several cross-functional groups and stakeholders (marketing, finance, operations, IT, engineering) with local market team through all aspects of the strategic business case design.

Responsible for long range strategic planning, monthly/yearly cash flow projections, and coordinating cross-market treasury operations and business processes.• Directed twenty-five NII and consulting representatives installing a global integrated cash management system on time and under its $3M budget. Relocated in country during installation (Sao Paulo/Buenos Aires/Lima) ensuring system was tailored to corporate strategic objectives and compatible with local banking regulations.
