For over 15 years, I have worked in the public and private sectors with experience in program implementation, process improvement, and program management. From my experiences, I learned that managing relationships leads to successful outcomes. I desire to work where I can use my management skills to drive an organization’s goals. I excel in getting people around me to buy-in to the goals I set. I create an atmosphere where people feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and concerns. In addition to excelling in staff engagement, I am adept at written communication, process improvement and public speaking.
